Description

It delights especially with its long and abundant flowering. Ideally suited for small vases. This plant is popular as a container plant, but also for group planting, in the rock garden, as a bed border or as a hanging basket plant.

Growing tips

Seeds germinate irregularly, place in a moist bag in the refrigerator a few days before sowing, sow in trays, do not cover with soil, just press down, keep moist, cover with foil, prick out gradually, as germination takes up to 4 weeks, de-spike after the 4th leaf for better branching. Germination temperature: 18-20°C Germination period: 20 - 28 days. - Hoe, keep free of weeds - Regular watering in summer is particularly important. Morning or evening is the best time for this. Watering should also be done slowly and, if possible, not over the flowers and leaves. - Withered and yellow leaves must be plucked out regularly and old branches cut out. This encourages the growth of new flowers. - The Verbena hybrid harmonizes best in combination with Petunia, Pelargonium zonale and Diascia.
