This variety is one of the most popular edible pumpkins. Its taste is excellent and it can be processed with peel. The finished pumpkin weighs about 1.5 kg. This variety ripens early and gives a high yield. The orange-red flesh tastes delicately like chestnuts and can be enjoyed raw, boiled or steamed.

Ideal for desserts, creams, cakes or pumpkin soup. It can be stored until winter if kept in a cool, dry place. Germination after approx. 1 week from approx. 12°C, optimally at 24°C. Warm feet with compost or horse manure are recommended. Protect from snails when young. Sensitive to frost. Harvest with approx. 5 cm long stalk for longer shelf life. Harvest the first fruits early.
