Description

Small-fruited edible & ornamental squash with decorative exterior. Slightly climbing. Creamy white, flat-round, ribbed, gugelhupf-like fruit with green ribbed stripes. Orange flesh with chestnut-like flavor. Particularly delicious steamed with skin on, leaving the skin firm and not eaten. Shelf life 3-4 months. Germination after 8-14 days at 15-22°C.

Growing tips

Seed optimally with runner beans and sweet corn. Fertilize and water regularly. Pumpkins like to be warm and protected from the wind. Do not damage the roots when planting out. Protect from snails after planting out.
