Ashworth ist ein sehr früher, gelber Zuckermais. Er reift 2 Wochen früher als die Sorte Golden Bantam und hat eine sehr gute Kolbenqualität. Die maximale Wuchshöhe ist 1,5 m. Eine robuste Hobbysorte, die auch für kühlere Gebiete geeignet ist.
