Description

Old variety. Forms long, slightly pink tubers with adhesions. Thin, easily edible skin and yellow flesh. Late and firm in cooking. Strong, spicy, slightly nutty flavor. Good shelf life. (From biogartenbedarf.de)

Growing tips

It is essential to keep them frost-free (at least 7°C). The tubers can be pre-germinated in moist sand in warm, bright rooms. From a growth height of 10 cm, mound up about 20 cm. The variety tends to grow out of the ridge. Wide ridges should be created to prevent the tubers from turning green.
