Description
'Violetta', formerly 'Blue Elise', is long-oval with dark blue skin and flat eyes. The flesh is violet grained and firm in cooking. Good for fried potatoes, jacket potatoes, boiled potatoes and salads. Aromatic with a strong potato flavor.
