High-yielding variety, up to 100 cm high, with firm white flesh. Forms long, black taproots without branching. Cooked as a tasty vegetable and salad. Easily digestible. Very good for storage until March.
F1 Hybrid
Frostproof
Sow as early as possible in frost-free soil or in August for overwintering, 2 - 3 cm deep with 30 cm row spacing. Lay the seeds flat, cover with soil and keep moist. Spread strong plants 5 - 10 cm apart. Loves sunny to semi-shady locations and sandy-humus, deep, loose soil, not freshly fertilized. Keep evenly moist. Do not damage roots when harvesting, twist off leaves and store vertically wrapped in sand. Can also be harvested after frost as it is hardy.
