Description

The shiny, ivory-colored fruits are already rice when they are only 7-10 cm long and do not become bitter when ripening. Cultivation in a tub limits the plant height to 90 cm and width to 60 cm. Since Gretel is largely seedless, this variety is particularly suitable for stewing and frying.

Cultivation at 18-21 degrees, after germination further cultivation at 15 degrees. Plant out after the last frost.
