Borlotto Lingua Di Fuoco' is an ancient Italian garden bean (Phaseolus vulgaris). Traditionally, the mature seeds of the Borlotto bean are used for vegetable stews. However, the pods that have not yet matured can also be harvested. Early Maturity. The pods are greenish with red coloring and the beans are creamy white with red speckles.
