Description

Growing tips

Longer harvest period and higher yields than bush beans. Usually no fertilization necessary. Wind protection and stable frames are important. Tagetes between the runner beans effectively protects against the black bean aphid. Spacing between poles/heads approx. 40-80 cm, depending on the number of seeds per head.
