Description

Medium-early, broad-hulled, green sword bean, suitable for greenhouse and field. Robust and reliable, with long harvest window.... Cooked pods are ideal as cut beans for salads, vegetable garnish and stews.

Growing tips

Requires humus-rich soil, mounding is recommended. Water in dry conditions. Pre-culture 3-4 beans in pots of 7 or 8 and plant out from mid-May. For direct sowing, 6-7 beans (spacing approx. 10 cm) per pole (spacing between the poles/heads approx. 80x100 cm).
