Compact, medium-height plants with very uniform fruit set, fruit length approx. 13 cm. Ripens from dark green to red. Teayang peppers can be eaten fresh, but are very suitable for drying and have a very special pepper aroma. A mild pepper variety for making kimchi! The best quality Taeyang peppers are achieved by drying them in the sun.
