Description

Berneck 2 is a new Swiss variety with excellent strawberry aroma. The blunt conical, medium sized, firm fleshed, dark red fruits ripen from July to October. Multiple bearing. Medium vigorous and very healthy growth.

Growing tips

Usually only available as a plant. Planting time: in spring, as the variety bears several times. The heart of the plant must not be covered with soil. The upper surface of the root ball should be flush with the surrounding soil surface. Plants that are planted too high or too deep grow less well and have a poor stand. Water the root ball well before planting.
