Pink-skinned garlic from France with mildly spicy, slightly sweet aroma. Very popular. Foliage and inflorescences can also be processed. Good for storage. (From gardener Poetschke).
Non hybrid
Frostproof
Garlic should be divided into individual cloves before planting. These are then placed individually in the soil with the tip pointing upwards so that the tips are lightly covered. Water and fertilize sparingly. Harvesting can begin when the leaf tips dry, change color and bend downwards. Then stop watering completely and harvest in dry and sunny weather, leaving the bulbs to dry out in the bed for a few days after harvesting. Hang them up in an airy place to dry.
