Description

Edible Squash. Patisson Custard White is a very early type of patisson. Bushy growth. Needs little space & no climbing. 0.5-0.7 kg cream colored fruits. Are harvested at a size of 10-15 cm ø. Unusual flat shape with wavy edge. Cream-colored, firm flesh. Very good taste. Medium shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Attractive for autumn decorations. Germination after 8-14 days at 20-25°C.

Growing tips

Harvest young, then the skin is still tender. Fertilize and water regularly. Harvest regularly. Do not eat bitter tasting fruit. Also good for grilling in aluminum foil. Keep free of weeds. Do not injure roots when planting. Mulching prevents desiccation.
