Description

Mini beets are particularly suitable for the production of baby beets. Gourmets harvest the beets when young, as they are very delicate.

Growing tips

From April to the beginning of July, sow broadly or in rows directly on the spot. Sowing depth approx. 2-3 cm. Beet germinates after approx. 8-10 days. Sensitive to night frosts. Optimum germination temperature 25°C. Harvest baby beets after 5-6 weeks. Can be stored in a cool cellar. Best time to sow for storage is May-June.
