Description

Upright variety with 25-30 cm long white uniform stems and dark green foliage for harvest in autumn. High yielding. Germination after 15-20 days at 16-20°C.

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

A mixed crop with carrots is recommended. Mounding produces longer stalks with a higher white content. Water and fertilize regularly. Sensitive to waterlogging. Plant out 6 weeks after emergence. Good preceding crop for other vegetables. Cultivation break: 3 years. Do not plant near other leek plants. Crop protection nets from April to May or a mixed crop with celery, radish or wormwood help against the leek moth.
