Description

Bush bean Faraday is a very uniform and very productive variety without strings. Bush beans do not tendril and therefore do not require scaffolding. The pods of uniform length of 13 -14 cm have a beautiful deep green color and have a diameter of about 7 mm. This fillet bean has a good shelf life and high yield. It is well suited for fresh processing as well as for canning and freezing. Resistant to burn spot and grease spot, as well as common bean mosaic virus. The height of growth is about 50 cm. For good success it is important to sow only after frost and never direct sowing in cold, wet weather, but only in warmed soil.

Beans collect nitrogen from the air and store this nutrient in root nodules with the help of certain bacteria. They are therefore excellent soil improvers and fit well into crop rotation.
