Description
This artichoke is a proven variety with large, deep green leaves and fleshy flower base. The heads are a real delicacy of the Mediterranean cuisine. Vert de Provence forms large and pretty blue flowers and is therefore also a real eye-catcher in the garden.

It likes full sun in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. It can even be overwintered in a mild winter. The pre-grown plants can be planted outdoors from mid-May (frost-free).
