Description

Spinach belongs to the goosefoot family. It has a very short cultivation period, so it is ideal for pre- and post-cultivation. There are about 50 varieties of spring and winter spinach with different shapes, colors and fleshiness.

Growing tips

Spinach can be sown either in spring from March to May or as winter spinach in mid-September. After sowing, a sufficient water supply and weed control is necessary.
