Description

The basil is characterized by its decorative shiny green-purple overflowing leaves. Very aromatic! The plant grows tall (90 cm). Fresh on tomatoes, on pizza or as tea. Can also be grown in pots on the balcony or in a bright window.

Growing tips

Germination temperature 18-22 °C, germination period 10-12 days. For pre-cultivation from the end of March to June. Sow in seed trays and prick out in clumps or direct sow from June. Light germinator, so do not cover seeds with soil. Further cultivation tips for the basil species.
