Kalibos combines the beautiful red color of red cabbage with the mild, slightly sweet taste and crunchy leaves of pointed cabbage. The pointed heads, weighing about 2 - 2.5 kg, with a very short stalk are particularly suitable for raw vegetables. Can be stored for a short time
