Celeriac refers to various types of celery that form a tuber at the top of the root. This can be harvested. Celery is an umbellifer. Maxim celeriac is one of the varieties grown for late harvest in autumn.
Non hybrid
The plants are sensitive to cold and thrive best in nutrient-rich, humus-rich soil with a regular supply of water during the main growing season. Celery is a light germinator, so when sowing, you should only lightly press down and water the seeds, but not cover them with soil.
