Description

Medium-long to long (25cm) edible carrot. Rolanka is cylindrically shaped, has round shoulders and closes round at the bottom when ripe after 160 days. Smooth-skinned with an attractive deep orange outer color, evenly colored throughout. Strong sweet-aromatic taste. Good shelf life.

Growing tips

Germination temperature 16-22°C. Germination period 15-20 days. Sufficient soil moisture is important, but avoid waterlogging. Harvest time after 5-6 months. Do not grow in the same place more than every 4 years without fresh organic fertilizer.
