Winter onion Shakespeare is a round, yellow winter onion with a firm, yellow skin and a long shelf life.
F1 Hybrid
Frostproof
The Shakespeare onion sets have a good shelf life. After drying on the bed, carefully remove any adhering soil from the onions, layer them in boxes and leave them to dry for a few more weeks in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place. Then store in a cool, dark place, preferably in nets or plaited into braids.
