Description

Purple Rain is a new variety of firm cooking with fine purple - white marbled flesh. It is characterized by high yield, very good taste and long shelf life. Purple Rain is suitable for preparation of fried potatoes and salad. The color is well preserved during cooking. Good hardiness.

Growing tips

Do not plant deeper than the tuber is thick. Plant from 9°C soil temperature. Keep frost-free. Optionally pre-sprout in warm, bright rooms. Purple Rain is a blue-skinned potato with blue flesh and white speckles. The picture does not show the Purple Rain potato.
