Description
Red-purple to pink tuber. Predominantly firm in cooking. Good, nutty flavor. Color is well preserved during cooking. Good virus resistance. Good as mashed potatoes, gratin, boiled potatoes, jacket potatoes and potato chips. Late variety.

Growing tips
