Description
From France. Dark blue-purple skin and blue-white marbled to purple flesh. Late ripening. Firm cooking. Also called French truffle potato, Négresse, Truffe de Chine, Vitelotte Noire or blue potato. Strong, earthy, chestnut flavor. 150 - 170 days of ripening. (Source: Jeebel Farm)
