Candela di fuoco is a historic Italian radish and translates as "candlelight". The long, pointed, ruby-red roots have a firm, white flesh and can grow up to 16 cm long. The radish impresses with a juicy, mildly spicy flavor. Delicious as a raw food with spicy dip and above all very healthy. Ideal for decoration, eating raw or in salads and as a garnish. Sowing every 2-4 weeks is recommended. Location: Sunny and semi-shady. Germination after 5-14 days at 8-20°C. Water regularly. Too close together and lack of water will lead to sprouting. Harvest radishes at a diameter of 3 cm or smaller to give the other plants more air and prevent fuzziness, cut off leaves.
