Description

Kohlrabi for year-round outdoor cultivation as well as for early foil house cultivation. Slightly high round tuber, well set off with strong foliage. Leaf position medium steep. Maturity medium early. Beautiful, uniform growth. Taste strong, aromatic with good sweetness. Consistency rather firm without tendency to become woody.

Kohlrabi should be kept cooler after germination, but not below 12 °C, as too cool temperatures during cultivation can lead to so-called "heartlessness", in which case the plant will not form a tuber. Kohlrabi must not be planted too deep and hardening off is important for the first plantings of the year.
