Compact, leafy coriander variety. Both the seeds and the fresh leaves can be used. Coriander leaves have a sour, spicy flavor and are a piquant seasoning for Asian dishes. The seeds are cooked whole (in curries, meat, and vegetable dishes) or freshly ground and used in gingerbread and bread baking.
