Description

Early maturing variety with medium-sized platy round red-purple beets. Tender, sweet and tasty. Sometimes equated with the variety 'Egyptian flat-round'.

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

Sow under cover from March and outdoors from the end of April to the end of June. Germination temperature and for optimum growth 15-20°C, at least 7-8°C for good growth. Well-drained, preferably sandy, humus-rich soil and sufficient water. Beet also tolerates light frost. Harvest from June to the beginning of October.
