Description

Very early cauliflower with strongly curled, dark, gray-green leaves and low growth. Relatively uniform cutting maturity, therefore short harvest window. Forms healthy and quite heavy, very firm, white flowers. High percentage of 8-flowered cultivars. Good tolerance to grittiness. Fine, mild flavor. Germination period 6-10 days at 15-20°C.

Growing tips

Recommended cultivation interval: 4 years. Do not plant after other cruciferous plants. Good succeeding crops are nightshades and lilies. Fertilize generously with compost, manure is unfavourable. Harvest the flowers that have not yet opened.
