Parthenocarpic (all-female flowering), modern F1 hybrid of slicer type. No seed in the core interferes with the enjoyment. It is a salad cucumber as it is in the picture book with dark green skin and good digestibility. The 18-22 cm long cucumbers are uniform, cylindrical and of excellent flavor. They set like greenhouse cucumbers in all weather conditions and therefore produce a very high yield. The plants are naturally resistant to diseases cucumber mosaic virus and powdery mildew and resistant to cucumber scabies.
F1 Hybrid
Sow from March in a warm place (greenhouse / windowsill) in pots approx. 1-2 cm deep (dark germinator), keep in a bright and warm place. Use sowing soil. Germination after 1-2 weeks from a minimum soil temperature of 10°C, 24°C is optimal. Plant young plants outdoors from mid-May (frost-free), harden off beforehand if possible. Open field / direct sowing from mid-May 1-2 seeds per planting site. Planting distance approx. 30 x 100 cm. Keep seed evenly moist. Ensure the soil is nutritious and rich in humus.
