Description

The silver onions are usually pickled in vinegar, but can also be eaten fresh or stewed. The variety 'Blanc de Paris' captivates with its particularly mild and delicate taste.

Sow from early March to mid-April. Row spacing approx. 25 cm, sowing depth 2 cm. The onions are mature when the foliage turns brown and dries out, but can of course be harvested earlier for fresh consumption. Onions like heavy, calcareous loamy soil.
