Description

Onion 'Radar' forms round, yellow bulbs with very early harvest maturity. The onions have a long shelf life and good skin firmness. 'Radar' is an improved variety based on the variety 'Senshyu Yellow'.

Growing tips

By covering them with fleece in early spring, you can accelerate growth and harvest the onions as early as mid-May. You can harvest the onions as soon as the foliage bends over on its own and turns yellow. After harvesting, you should leave them on the bed for a few days to dry out or hang them up to dry.
