Description

The fruits are usually flat-round and ribbed, green with a yellow tinge when fully ripe. They taste fruity and sweet with a slight acidity, and really sweet in plenty of sunshine. Growing tips

As the panicles sometimes produce a lot of flowers/fruits, I recommend growing them under good conditions, such as in a greenhouse or foil tunnel, with 1-2 shoots so that the fruits can ripen well and grow to a nice size. In cooler locations, I would leave one shoot and pinch it out. A roof overhang for protection or a tomato house is an advantage to keep the plant healthy for longer.
