Growing tips

To combat the carrot fly, hilling, mixed cultivation with leeks, cultivation under netting and avoiding areas with fresh organic fertilizer help. Carrots take a long time to germinate and must be kept moist during this time. Later separation is usually necessary to form large turnips. Do not grow umbellifers on the same area more often than every 4 years.
