Description

The large sulfur-yellow flower balls on nearly knee-high stems are an ornament to any garden. Both bulb and leaf can be used for seasoning, it is milder than garlic, but perennial and hardy.

Growing tips

Requires cool temperatures for germination, keep moist for the first 6-8 weeks, separate after the first pair of leaves appear. As the plant is perennial, the germination process can take several weeks. Prefers fresh and sunny locations.
