The kohlrabi "Di Vienna Bianco" (Brassica oleracea convar. acephala var. gongylodes) is one of the earliest varieties available on the market. It produces large (up to 180 g), tasty, crunchy, light green sprouts that are ready to harvest after just 45 days of cultivation, making them ideal for pre-harvest and post-harvest. The leaves are deeply toothed and grow to a medium length. The flesh of this variety is characterized by its juiciness and delicious, delicate taste. It is therefore recommended to eat them steamed, stewed or raw. This vegetable contains many minerals, especially iron and calcium, as well as many vitamins, especially C.
