Description

This type of cabbage, which probably originated in China, is now grown throughout Asia and can also be easily cultivated in Central Europe. It is delicious in a wok or as a salad and is the main ingredient in Korean "kimchi".

Growing tips

Chinese cabbage is very easy to cultivate. The plants need a row spacing of approx. 40 cm. Sowing: Directly outdoors in June-August (do not sow too early!). Harvest until December. Loves sheltered locations and loose soil.
