Description

Kelvedon Wonder has many tendrils, which are particularly stable. Therefore, no climbing aid is necessary. Low susceptibility to disease due to low leaf content, about 60 cm high. Rich and resistant variety. It grows low and is characterized by early picking ripeness. The pods are dark green. Particularly sweet and aromatic taste.

Growing tips

Germination after 2-3 weeks at approx. 20°C. Mounding improves stability. Keep a cultivation break of 3-5 years. Sensitive to cold and wet conditions. Protect with fleece if sown early. Process quickly after harvesting, otherwise the peas will become bitter and mealy.
