Description

Old variety of Galera from Eastern Styria, vigorous growth (1.5m) and a very special eye-catcher: bicolor purple flowers, green pods as well as strong dark red colored grains. Harvest when the pods are dry. Can be used fresh or better as dried pea in stew (soaking). Taste very sweet when cooked. High yielding.
